These Terms govern purchases from and use of EnginBox, including the online store and digital Platform.
EnginBox is an online store and technical platform for professionals and users working with photo and video equipment. The current offering includes:

Product listings describe the spare part or other physical product offered for sale. You are responsible for checking compatibility unless the listing expressly states otherwise. An order is subject to availability and acceptance. If an ordered product is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Shipping charges, delivery estimates and any applicable import duties or taxes will be disclosed where available or otherwise remain the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Payments may be processed by TBC Bank, another acquiring bank, a payment processor, payment service provider, or Merchant of Record made available at checkout. We do not store full card numbers when card details are collected directly by the payment provider.
Prices and currencies are displayed before purchase. Additional bank conversion charges, import charges or taxes may apply depending on the transaction and customer's location.
Repair guides, videos, drawings, CAD/3D files, instructions and DIY materials are provided for informational and educational use. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they may not be copied, redistributed, resold, republished or commercially exploited outside the rights granted through EnginBox.
Repair and modification of professional equipment may require specialist skills, tools and safety procedures. Users remain responsible for deciding whether they are qualified to perform a procedure and for the consequences of their work.
The EnginBox AI Assistant is an informational tool and may generate incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable output. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, manufacturer safety requirements or independent verification. You should verify important technical information before acting on it.
You must not submit information to the AI Assistant that you are not legally permitted to provide or that contains unnecessary sensitive or confidential data.
The EnginBox website, platform software, original videos, original DIY materials, designs, branding and other original EnginBox content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks that may appear in product compatibility descriptions remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible equipment where legally permitted.
No purchase transfers ownership of EnginBox intellectual property. Customers receive only the limited right to use purchased products and access Platform features in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use EnginBox to commit fraud or other unlawful activity; attack, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform except where applicable law expressly permits; bypass access controls; misuse another person's account; or upload material you have no right to submit.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and by any mandatory rights under applicable law. Where a Merchant of Record processes a transaction as seller, its mandatory transaction terms may also apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, digital Platform features and informational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that a repair guide, DIY project or AI-generated response will be suitable for a particular repair or produce a particular result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnginBox and the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of informational Platform content. Any limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, payment abuse, security threats or material violation of these Terms. Expiration of a purchased fixed-term access period is not a cancellation and does not result in a new charge.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer's country of residence.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to EnginBox, applicable law or payment arrangements. The current version will be published on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights relating to completed purchases.
